hello ppl!

heh looks like im starting to post more frequently. i wonder how long it would last though xD

hm its super lame but today when i talked to ppl on msn they either din reply or were gonna go sleep alr when i talked to them. lol. hm then jingwei hasnt replied me for quite a few times le... zz.

anyways. alot of the emails ive been recieving recently are all junk mails... super irritating... but then cannot block leh cause it from friends...although it has been getting kinda better.

been reading ouran high school host club manga recently. its ok la. some places a bit weird. but otherwise ok.

i realised everything ive posted so far is totally random. hahahaha. like just random facts/comments hahaha. hm but i guess since school is pretty draining, i shall just post random things that may not be very interesting but yall can laugh about here. hahaha. like how on australia day i met kinetic youths to watch fireworks, then cause it din start till 8, we had free time and there were these magazines that someone brought. looked taiwanese. not sure though. but had fan ti zi. so i dun think she bought it from here. anyway, we were looking at the magazine (not really reading cause all in chinese xD) then this 2 girls with me started laughing at the pictures of the male idols in the magazine lol. u know how alot of the male idols nowadays are like super pretty boy? with the long hair and makeup? xD yea so they found amusement from covering everything except the eyes then asking ppl to identify if its a girl or a guy. yanyalun was one of the targets... xD hahaha was super funny lol watching them 'obsess' over the bu nan bu nu guys hahahaha. then they were saying how the guys look prettier than the girls even. lololol. it was really funny. xD

hehehe random. =) maybe i'll start posting jokes so yall can have abit of a laugh. hehe. anyways, night ppl! =)

hahahaha i realised i forgot to mention the blackout last wed. lol. random hahaha. but yea. suddenly happened at like 6 something. then came on next day morning. so unreliable right. xD

anyways. the weather today is pretty good. in fact its really good. the sky is totally clear, then its not very hot either. rained yesterday morning. so i guess thats the reason for the sudden frop in temperature bah. yesterday was really quite cold, compared to previous days. apparently the lowest temp last night was 15, which is like 5 degrees lower  than what u would normally get. so yea... but after this its gonna heat up again... zz.

anyway, this week im gonna really focus on renweing my mind. hahaha. drawing from phillipians 4:8. i guess ive had enough of random thoughts filling my head, so im really gonna put in effort this week to try and 'control' my thoughts. hahaha. had enough of sitting around and waiting le. =)

hm haven post for quite some time le. hahaha basically what ive been doing is slacking at home, going for piano and driving lessons. oh and the trips to the library. hahaha what i said bout finding a job and all hasnt been realised at all hahaha. and i havent even started redesigning my dress. haha. oh man. and school is starting after one week. hm. i really need to get a grip and start actually doing things. and stop waiting for things to come to me... i need to make things happen. hm. hahahaha. been slacking for too long luh. hm.

before talking bout next week i guess i should talk bout whats happened for the past few days right? hm we went crabbing on friday. pretty cool. except if u really want to do it properly u need to stay till quite late cos that is when the tide comes in and the crabs are swept nearer to shore. then u have to tread carefully or else u'll scare the crabs away. the big ones i mean. the small ones pretty much stay in one place till u try to catch it. then they attempt to escape. lol. me and my sis saw 2 big ones. but they were running away alr and we missed xD hahaha in the end we only had 3 crabs to bring home. all the rest were too small haha. in fact, the ones we brought home weren't what u would consider really big. hahaha if got ranger come then we would have been fined i think. but yea. we left earlier, round 10 i guess. reached home round 11 cause the drabbing place we went is actually quite far. if stay later i guess there would be more crabs. but anyway, since its the first time, its  for the experience bah. haha. quite fun, although all the seaweed is quite annoying. when u get tangled up in it that is. but yea. hm...i dont really think there was any other interesting stuff... for driving ive finished all the basics alr, so now its about building confidence and speed i guess. hehe. went out for a spin with my parents tonight. hm first time driving at night, was a bit scared at first. will definitely be going out more after this hee. need to get used to all the turning and other manouvering. like parking etc. xD

today at church the paster gave a msg about reaching out. he based it on the great commission in matthew 28:18-20. i think the main thing for me was that reaching out is an active thing. we need to make it a goal in life and work actively towards it. and it doesnt stop at the sinners prayer. we need to follow through, to build up the new believer in the word, to help them understand the faith and all it stands for. just saying the sinners prayer isnt enought o get us saved. its the follow through that counts. to be honest, i havent been the best at follow up. i guess my best 'case' was seokie. although she's in another church, im glad that she finally found the faith. =) but there are people like angie, like si hui, like sabrina, who i have failed to follow up with properly. i think for angie i kinda thought that it was more xuannies responsibility than mine. then in the end it just fell through. >< for si hui... even though i kept in contact, i was unable to meet up with her and she fell away... for sab, i have no idea how she is... it was kinda ok when i was still doing discipleship with her, although i have to say she wasnt the most keen person. but then when i left... i have no idea how she is now. who is doing discipleship with her? is she still going for di? din see her when i was back too... sigh. i dunno, but she gave the feeling that she's very sheltered. then shes not used to making decisions and stuff on her own... sigh. i dunno man.
although i have to admit that my attitude used to be that bringing my friends to church was enough. that after they came to christ, pei xuan can take over for the follow through. i never really though about it till like i was given more responsibilities. but i guess i wasnt that active. in fact, i was quite passive, only asking my close friends, like pri school friends, to church. hm. i guess it was one of my regrets when i left ny. the thing is, i dunno why also. why din i ever ask ny classmates to church? like non-xnps/non-squadmate ppl? when i think about it, i have pretty much no answer at all. >< i guess my focus wasnt there, somehow. hm. but its too late for regrets. the only thing i can do now is to think of how to reach out to ppl in my school now and what can be done for discipleship. =) unite would definitely be part of the plan i guess. haha. but yea. =)

hmhm. got a birthday party next week. did i mention it? haha wonder what i should get him. hm. and theres australia day next week too! cool right. going to see fireworks hehehe. ok la. thats all! ooh its 12.00am now lol.

heys ppl!

hm recently suddenly turn colder. was hot till yesterday, but then it turned cold towards evening. dunno what kind of weather is this leh. hm. the weather report was saying its a humid change or smth like that. hm here never rain, then the east side rain so much. all the flooding. and its kinda just getting worse. as in the water levels are dropping in certain areas, but it feels like the flooding is just spreading. hm. but at least it feels like the rescue efforts and all are very organised. then people all around are reaching out to help. so i guess its still ok luh. but there are further challenges luh, like preventing looting, and all the reconstruction work, cleaning up... will take very long and also alot of money man. hm...

then we also recieved news about an auntie in church who has end stage cancer... hm. her youngest child is sec2 this yr... not too bad luh but still... i think a while ago she still was abit blur about her moms condition and stuff... hm. but yea. praying for the family... sometimes abit mao dun. like know that God can heal and will heal, but not sure and stuff. it can really be abit weird. like if u say hope for the best and prepare for the worst, dunno if got contradictions or not leh... hm.

today had movie marathon. watched despicable me, step up 3 and half of inception. lol we were like half way through inception when daryl was like do yall understand, then some of us were like no, so changed to step up. hahahaha. inception is ok i guess, but i found it abit draggy and hard to understand. but i kinda did follow it up till where we stopped, so not bad luh xD so yea. hm despicable me is really cute. but i guess thats kinda all to it in a way. thought the plot isnt too bad. i loved the dance routines in step up 3. super cool. esp the one in the end with all the lights and stuff. xD

hm holidays so far havent been bad, but im spending alot of time at home haha. reading manga, fb, reading books... then driving lessons and piano lessons too. recently i started watching e mo zai shen bian xD lol. oh and i havent bothered to go find a job yet haha. abit cant be bothered. although i really should do it soon. and i need to decide how to modify/alter the dress im wearing to the ball... yea. mm got things to do but lazy lol. i think i kinda just feel like rotting in front of the comp! oh no! need to get my brain working soon or i will be too slow for school hahahahah.

hi ppl!

hm first new year post. though i am super late but hahaha. lazy.

hm lets see... spent new years eve at home. watched anime xD and finished it lol. i ended up going to read the manga cos the series seemed to lack a proper ending. hopefully there will be a sequel cos it simply is unfinished. even the manga isnt finished yet zz. so yea. there should definitely be more cos the anime only just introduced the romance and stuff. anyway, new year we went to watch fireworks. nothing really big, just a simple display. spent the whole time taking photos. although i have to say i dont think many of them turned out really well. cos i din know what kind of settings to use... xD so yea. but well, good experience i guess. although i really have a lot more to learn. was using a dslr xD hm then there was the new year msg at church by pastor benny. pretty good, then at the end he asked those who wanted to to come forward and participate in a prophetic act. it was taken from 2 Kings 2:19-21 i think. not sure if its the right chapter. haha. but yea. we left early though cos my dad din want to wait.

hm had my first few driving lessons! three to be exact. hm but im still really noob la. need to practise more. all the checks and stuff to remember... xD cant really steer and turn properly though. not used to it. so yea... practise practise and more practise! practice make perfect after all. hehehe. quite exciting though. and at least i din crash or anything or do really stupid stuff. xD

hm went sailing and canoeing yst! as part of kinetic's summer program. hehe. supposed to only do one, but then there was this other guy who rented a canoe, then he changed with one of the leaders, then i changed with the leader, so i was able to do both! xD sailing really is quite fun! learning how to catch the wind and all, hahaha but its quite funny sometimes cos u get stuck, then try furiously to catch the wind again. if u do it properly right, can go quite fast one. so yea.. very fun xD hahaha kayaking was kinda cos i din do for very long alr, then hands itchy xD but yea. we went for hungry jack's after that lol, then went kings park to play. lol daryl got super lost so he ended up reaching later than us (me an my sister took another car cos the van couldnt fit everyone) even though we got lost too xD then we played hide and seek... lololol. but quite fun la. got tanned... xD

hm got to prepare games for childrens church tmr. kinda got what i wanna do in mind alr, so yea.

hahaha ive been reading another manga recently. since i finished kaichou wa maid sama and the next volume not out yet. hm i think its english translation is reaching you. cant really remember the name... haha. lol i think im getting hooked on manga. lol. but aiyah, when i get too busy, i think i wont read le... haha.
haven looked around for a job yet. hehe. i dunno, abit not bothered also. hm. but yea, i definitely should. just a but relunctant i guess. theres still time luh. =)

hahaha ok that'll be all for now. sorry for not posting for so long! hopefully ill start posting more regularly xD
